Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan for 2022-2028, as approved by the Audit Office Board on 20 April 2022, is the instrument that maps out the direction for the institution in the coming years.

Starting from a SWOT analysis (of the Audit Office's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the near future), the Plan defines four key strategic focal areas in order to set out a road map to its ultimate objective, which is none other than consolidating the Audit Office as a useful and effective institution and an outstanding example, in Catalonia, of a public sector external auditor.
